Your first Muay Thai class
Show up. Tell the coach your level. Train.
Say if you are new, coming back after time off, or already train. Warm-up, technique, pads, bags, and conditioning scaled to you. Real pad work, not a free-for-all on the bags.

How Cobra started
Built from bare land inside a resort.
Cobra was built in 2023 by New Zealand brothers Jared and Jamie inside Chalong Chalet Resort and Longstay. The setting makes rest easier after training, but the heart of the place is still the gym: pads, bags, correction, sweat, and steady coaching.
