You may request to change your booking date, training time, or package start date by contacting Cobra Muay Thai before your scheduled session or arrival. Changes depend on availability and the confirmed terms of your booking.
Refund policy

This policy explains how cancellations, booking changes, refunds, and training credits are handled for Cobra Muay Thai classes, private sessions, packages, and accommodation-linked bookings.
Class and private session cancellations
Cancellations requested before the confirmed cancellation window may be eligible for a refund, reschedule, or training credit. Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows may not be refundable.
Training package refunds
Unused training packages may be eligible for a partial refund if cancellation is requested before the package starts. Once training has started, any refund is calculated from sessions used, discounts applied, booking fees, payment fees, and the terms confirmed at booking.
Accommodation and camp packages
If your booking includes accommodation, cancellation terms may differ from standard training packages. Deposits, third party accommodation costs, and late changes may be non-refundable unless Cobra Muay Thai confirms otherwise in writing.
Medical or emergency cancellations
If you cannot train due to illness, injury, or emergency, contact Cobra Muay Thai as soon as possible. The team may offer a reschedule, package pause, or training credit where practical. Medical documentation may be requested.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank, card provider, or payment platform. Payment processing fees, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs may be deducted.
Non-refundable items
Registration fees, booking deposits, promotional discounts, used sessions, no-shows, late cancellations, and third party costs are non-refundable unless Cobra Muay Thai confirms otherwise in writing.
If Cobra Muay Thai cancels
If Cobra Muay Thai cancels a class, private session, or package element, the team will offer a reschedule, training credit, or refund for the affected portion of the booking.
