Training risk
Muay Thai, boxing, clinching, sparring, pad work, bag work, conditioning, and fitness training involve physical contact and risk of injury. By joining training, you accept these risks and agree to follow coach and staff instructions.
Health responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that you are fit to train. Tell Cobra Muay Thai before training if you have an injury, illness, medical condition, medication, pregnancy, or any issue that may affect safe participation.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when Cobra Muay Thai sends written confirmation through WhatsApp, the website, or another official channel and any required payment or deposit has been received. You are responsible for giving accurate booking details and arriving on time.
Payments
Prices, promotions, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and refund terms are provided at booking. Bank fees, card fees, platform fees, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs are your responsibility unless Cobra Muay Thai states otherwise.
Schedule changes
Training schedules, trainers, class formats, facilities, and availability may change due to weather, safety, maintenance, holidays, events, demand, or operational needs. Cobra Muay Thai may reschedule sessions, substitute trainers, or adjust training format where needed.

Training fees do not include accommodation, resort facilities, transfers, meals, or third party services unless your written booking confirmation says they are included. Accommodation and resort services may have separate availability, house rules, deposits, cancellation terms, and charges.
Conduct and safety
You must treat coaches, staff, guests, and property with respect. Cobra Muay Thai may refuse training, remove a participant, or cancel a booking for unsafe conduct, abuse, harassment, intoxication, illegal activity, repeated rule breaches, or failure to follow staff instructions.
Intellectual property
Website text, images, branding, logos, videos, and other content belong to Cobra Muay Thai or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without written permission.
Liability and governing law
